Who looks after your data

What we collect when you join
Your LINE user ID, name, gender, age range, occupation, interests, whether you are a LINE friend of ours, and your choice about promotions. We don't ask for health details when you join, and we don't store a password. When staff scan your card we record the date, time, type of service and amount, if any. If you join with Google we keep your Google user ID and email instead of a LINE user ID. We also record your stamps and any free classes you use. Email and phone are optional.
What we use it for
To make you a member and let you use member benefits, which we need to provide the service you signed up for. We send promotions, discounts and news on LINE only if you choose to receive them. You can be a member without them.
Who can see your data
Jirung staff who look after members, and the providers that run the system: LINE for sign-in and messages, Cloudflare for the website and database, and Google, for people who log in with Google. These providers may hold data on servers outside Thailand. We don't sell your data.
Cookies and advertising
The site uses Google cookies to measure advertising only if you press Accept. Change your mind any time with the cookie settings link in the footer. Signed-in members have the cookie needed to stay signed in. Our Cloudflare visitor count uses no cookies.
How long we keep it
For as long as you are a member. When you cancel, we delete your details straight away, leaving only your member number and the time in our activity log, without your name or LINE user ID.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, get a copy, object to or limit its use, and withdraw consent at any time. You can edit your details, stop promotions and cancel membership yourself on the membership page, or contact us. You can also complain to Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee office.
